The lady who tested my hearing and organised my hearing aids was so lovely and helpful. My aids are the most comfortable ones I’ve ever worn with little background noise and little hissing. I’m very pleased with them.

Full examination of current hearing which , with my ear and hearing history, allowed the audiologist to identify my needs, We discussed type of hearing required to resolve my current problems.

Hearing aids. I was served by Shari who showed me how to use the aids. I went back Twice and each time Shari was very helpful. I would recommend Boots at Staines Hearing and especially if Shari is available to show how to use the hearing aids.

The level of customer service has been excellent from Shari who has ensured that I am able to get the full benefits of my new Phonak Sphere hearing aids.

My mother has been seen by the same audiologist for the last few years at Boots Hearingcare at the Staines branch. Her name is Shari and she has been very good in caring for a person who does not speak english. Shari is very knowledgeable and knows about my mums hearing loss. She is very considerate and responds to all our queries.

Even though I had an appointment confirmed, there was no appointment and the hearing test lady was very unhelpful. I now have to take my elderly mother elsewhere. I will not be using boots for hearing issues

A great experience. The audiologist, Shari Sobhana, was extremely helpful in understanding my hearing needs and was able to set up the new aids exactly as needed.

Staff so helpful. Explain everything clearly for my elderly mum. We have had a few issues but they have been rectified quickly.

Shari in Staines is confident, calm and measured. She knows her business. I trusted her and now I have a great pair of Phonak hearing aids.

I consider myself very fortunate to have been looked after by Priya at Boots, in Staines, when I went about getting hearing aids.

Not only was she totally professional and competent, but she was charming and empathetic. She listened to my concerns and explained things very clearly. I was quite sceptical about the three-month money-back offer, but Priya convinced me that it was genuine and that I should proceed with the trial.

She saw me at sensibly time-spaced intervals while I was getting used to wearing the hearing aids – and made it clear that I could make an appointment to see her at any other time when I needed help.

I felt fully supported and valued throughout the process.

On a more negative note, I do find it strange (perhaps unacceptable?) that a store of that size has no customer toilets.

Shari the audiologist at Boots in Staines is superb. My soon to be 83 year old husband has dementia. From our appointments in March and April 2024 to our gearing review yesterday 18 March, she has been encouraging empathetic and supportive
