Extremely supportive and informative audiologist - happy to take things at my pace

My husband and I couldn’t have been happier with the service provided by Rashni at Boots. It was absolutely amazing and she couldn’t have been more helpful. As we had never had hearing aids before, Rashni was lovely and so reassuring, patient and kind, making the whole experience feel comfortable and positive.

Rashni carefully selected the perfect hearing aids to suit our individual needs and lifestyle, which made a huge difference. We both had a fantastic experience and were surprised by just how much of a difference the hearing aids have made to our lives. We hadn’t fully realised how much our hearing had declined, as it was very subtle, but after encouragement from our daughter to get checked we’re so glad we went ahead.

We did consider going through the NHS, but the long waiting times and not so up‑to‑date technology made us decide to go privately. It has been worth every penny. Knowing that we can contact Rashi easily if we have any issues gives us great peace of mind.

A recent wax removal appointment also highlighted how important it is to see an expert audiologist, which Rashni most definitely is. If you’re undecided about going privately, we'd highly recommend taking the leap, if you can, as they are worth every penny.

I have been putting this off, WHY!!
The staff were friendly, knowledgable, professional and the whole process was simple. One test to establish if I needed hearing help, followed by a more detailed test. Then they allowed me to go out and test drive a pair. They are brilliant!

Superb service, Rashni Roopchund was very understanding, knowledgeable and genuine , did not feel ruched . Able evaluate hearing device in real life setting. No pressure. Out of her way to support me, and fit new hearing the day store received. Not been able to hear and have server tinnitus for 3 years.

Rashni was just wonderful. So caring and so knowledgeable. The hearing test was done in a relaxed setting at Boots Southampton and all my options clearly explained. Highly recommended.

No delay in appt time which is a plus.
The audiologist was professional but friendly and quickly put me at ease.
The instructions for the hearing tests were clear and easy to follow.

Had a great test experience; unfortunately they can't prescribe for the NHS and pushed only private items which at £4,000 was too much.
