The adviser Ethan was brilliant. He took time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions and concerns. I feel very confident that I have made the right choice of hearing aids. My appointment was an altogether positive experience.

Thanks to Phil I’m now able to look forward to receiving my hearing aids - it’s something I’d been dreading for a long while and Phil and the lovely lady who is training to be an audiologist (I’m sorry I can’t remember her name) have given me the courage and confidence to actually go for it!

The experience was enhanced by the good knowledge and friendliness of Phil, the audiologist. The options and procedures were made clear and all questions were valid and highlighted the way forward.
Having established my needs I was fitted with a trial set of hearing aids to ascertain their performance. This was really useful in helping me decide their suitability.

The whole experience was very thoroughly done, explaining, the different types of hearing aids, which one would suit me best, as I suffer more when out in noisy situations, with my hearing, made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Put my anxiety to rest.

Taking care & paying attention to the needs of the customer

Excellent service from the gentleman Phil who gave my elderly mother a full hearing test and lots of advice. He wasn't pushy regarding buying hearing aids which was good. My mother was quite at ease, couldn't fault the service she received.

The hearing assessment was very well explained and there was no pressure to go ahead and purchase . The testing and approach of audiologist was appropriate and professional . I found the assessment very reassuring and appreciated being able to practice with the hearing aid for 30mins . Many thanks
