Luke was exceptional helpful and explained everything very well and was very patient with my 86 year old mum

I dragged my elderly dad to see Luke at Boots, Sevenoaks as he had lost a hearing aid over a year earlier and hadn't been coping without.
Luke was really patient with my dad, who has some memory problems and had given up on being able to cope with new hearing aids. However, Luke took his time with Dad, clearly and sensitively explain everything to us both sometimes more than once. Dad can now hear clearly again, most importantly in group settings and now that he knows Luke can monitor the usage of the hearing aids, he is wearing them consistently and daily! its making a difference to dad. Very grateful.

A very welcoming office, with a very welcoming and knowledgeable receptionist, highly expert audiologist - and a great cup of coffee!
Unfortunately I lost one hearing aid whilst overseas, but a replacement under the insurance policy was rapidly provided, programmed and fitted. A great service.

Advisor very informative and helpful .There was no pressure . He also explained the credit arrangements in order tyhat I could buy the hearing aids over two years at interest free credit. Phonak seemed to be the only aids offered but they seem to have great reviews and were recommended by Boots.

Luke was incredibly knowledgable, patient and made every effort to ensure I was fully informed throughout the consultation, explaining the audiogram results and why he was making the hearing aid recommendations. He was professional and clearly knew his trade very well which made me feel very reassured.

I was quite nervous about my appointment and I was put at complete ease throughout the appointment. Everything was explained to me in detail and another appointment offered to me the following week
