Excellent customer care
Excellent customer care. Everything was explained clearly and concisely.
I have yet to receive my hearing aids. Hopefully I will manage them ok but it has been made clear that I can go back and ask for help and support.
I was not kept waiting for any of my appointments.
I would recommend the service.

Great service by audiologist
The service provided by the audiologist at Scarborough was second to none. She was professional and understanding of my elderly mother’s apprehension of the hearing test procedure, and consequently requiring hearings aids. Everything was explained for easy understanding and further questions asked via email post appointment were answered swiftly.
Hearing aids were ordered the same day we requested the go ahead of the order with an appointment for fitting arranged within the week.
A very positive experience and we recommend the Scarborough branch for the exceptional service provided by their audiologist.
