Chris explained everything clearly and went through the whole process and for my first ever pair of hearing aids put me completely at ease.
Great service from the start to finish, even though there were a couple of obstacles on the way through.

Excellent service from Boots Hearingcare Salisbury
I went to Boots Hearingcare Salisbury after a bad experience with my previous provider. I could not have been more pleased with the care I received. Chris was calm and courteous. He took plenty of time to carry out the tests and explain the results thoroughly. He went through the options for hearing aids and together we found the one that was most appropriate for me. The final price was almost £1,000 cheaper than my previous provider had quoted - not cheap, but excellent value for money.
