I brought my mother, Maureen Smith for a hearing appointment as her NHS hearing aids and audiologist really weren’t working for her. Gemma the audiologist in Rugby is very knowledgeable and explained all about her hearing loss and the hearing aids in a very helpful and understanding manner. She made her feel completely at ease and gave us plenty of time to think things through. Now she has the new hearing aids it has completely transformed her life and she can fully participate in activities where I she was struggling. Thank you Gemma your care could not have been any better. We look forward to seeing you again at the next appointment.

So easy and clear and ended up walking out with what I needed

Boots hearing in Rugby Warwickshire opens at 9 am and yesterday one of my hearing aids packed up. I rang up to see when Gemma their audiologist could see me and was advised not for ten days.
Knowing she gets in early I was outside 15 minutes prior to opening saw her, explained my problem she sorted the problem out and it works again. Many thanks to Gemma for taking up her time - thank you

Very satisfied with the hearing care I received, but the minus point is that your shop in Market Place in Rugby has 2 flights of stairs to access the hearing department, my wife found it impossible to accompany me to the appointment,

Boots audiologist was very thorough and professional and made sure that I got the hearing aids right for me.

Permanently on hold, trying to ring as my father has spent the weekend unable to hear as one aid is permanently on red when in the charger.
