No hassle, polite informative audiologist, I would recommend this service.

Your Audiologist at parkgate Rotherham.
Does not respect clients health conditions.
Nor do head office who would not ask her to wear a mask to keep client safe.
They were told of my health conditions. Would not wear a face covering.
On two occasions 10th October and 2nd December
She was the only one in 6yrs who has refused.

Really friendly staff, appointment on time, efficient test, nothing was to much trouble, great service altogether

I've waited months for NHS hearing aids to be fitted so decided I needed to go a different route as hearing loss is affecting my job. My appointment at Boots was informative, helpful and the response from that to getting another appointment for fitting was very quick indeed. Yes it is going to cost quite a bit of money but there is an option to pay over a longer period. Very efficient service.

The testing was very thorough and Chris explained everything in non technical terms, making sure that I completely understood and was able to make an educated decision.

Have put off having a hearing test done for so long but now so glad I’ve done it was made to feel really comfortable and now realise how important it is to have your ears checked older.

I was a little worried at first but i was soon put at ease .i was given lots off information and advice all the way through my assement .i was happy with the result and looking forward to getting my hearing aids when they are ready .All i can say is top class service and would recomend any one to go and get a assement should they need one.

Fantastic explained everything about my ears and why I can’t hear certain noises tried earing aids with different test amazing
Only problem is funding the cost I was refused credit with you so had to find the money to buy them
Needs a better funding in place for people who can’t afford them as they are not cheap

I really understand why I have been struggling and what I need, and his knowledge and empathy has been greatly appreciated. Look forward to getting them now, which I genuinely never thought i would say.

Prompt. Very clear explanation of the results of the test. The same with my options when it came to purchasing. Everything conducted in a professional and friendly manner.

Disappointed with collection of hearing aids. Was passed them in a box and asked "How I was going to pay". Had to ask for instructions how to pair to iPhone and when it transpired the hearing aids did not work. Had I not asked for help I would have got home with faulty hearing aids. Collected replacements on 15/3 and, again, it was more about paying than assisting me to down load the phonak app and explaining how it works.

Speed of response good, service provision almost excellent, just a shame I had to travel 10.5 miles to Parkgate rather than 2.5 to Doncaster.

Brilliant service, went through all information and details about my test and explained every at each stage. More than happy with the whole experience
