Caring, attentive service.
The audiologist who conducted my assessment was very kind, patient and considerate. She took time to explain the range of products available and helped me to make a decision based on my personal circumstances.
However, I have twice had appointments cancelled, which makes things difficult since I am reliant on others to drive me to the shop and take care of my dog.

I have been struggling with hearing for a long time, previously I had very basic hearing aid and I wasn’t very happy with it, so I decided to try Boots hearing consultation. From the very first meeting, I was very impressed with politeness and professionalism of Abida, she made my experience outstanding. Bought my first pair of hearing aids; from my first hearing test, to a subsequent, more detailed hearing test and consultation I couldn't be more pleased. Professional and knowledgeable staff who I had the greatest confidence in. Great choice of hearing aids, although it seems to me that one type was particularly promoted. A 60 days returns policy means you have the assurance of making right choice.
