Have a wound which could be infected, explained, offered E45 cream, what a joke, explained the problem, to busy to take you seriously, why not ask the pharmacist ??, deep graze 5inch down leg swollen, red, hot, feeling ill, sick, did expain, didn't care,.

All my appointment visits have been great. Sadly this has been let down by my having ear impressions done on 10th July and I have still not been called to have them fitted. Really struggling at work now.

Dissatisfied with explanation.
Hearing in right ear has been compromised by the wax removal. No change after 10 days.
Can the situation be reversed, before I consider a hearing aid?
