Received excellent service from boots Preston, all the staff but especially the two audiologist that helped me. Very professional, informative,patient and polite can’t recommend enough.my hearing aids are brilliant.

The two members of the Hearingcare team we met at the Preston branch were excellent. They were very friendly and approachable and put us at our ease through the whole process.
We felt they were impressively knowledgeable and skillful.
I felt my ear wax removal was quick and not in the least uncomfortable.
The explanation of my hearing loss and how hearing aids would help was very detailed and impressive.
