Very professional from the start of my initial enquiry, all the way to making my choice of (2) devices to meet my needs.
The initial hearing test is very thorough, and the analysis of the results is 'state of the art'.
I have worn my hearing aids for 3 days now, and the difference is amazing.
The first day seemed slightly strange, as I was hearing frequencies that I hadn't heard for years.
It's amazing how quickly that feeling disappears, and now I don't even notice I'm wearing them.
In hindsight, I resisted my initial hearing test for far too long.

Initial testing went well but next visit was really a wasted journey (18mls each way) as moulds had not arrived. Simple Tel call to reschedule would have been good. Alternative aids/buds fitted but next visit 2 working days later required to fit moulds. One of which sent back for adjustment . Audiologists explained processes/using the aids etc very good.

The audiologist was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough in my appointment. He was friendly and helpful and explained my options for new hearing aids. I could even use my advantage card for the deposit! All in all a very good experience.

Wrong Order and Mismatched Hearing Aids
Having ordered top of the range hearing aids close to £3,000, I attended Boots for the fitting and was offered two non-matching aids, 1 black/grey, 1 silver/white. I was told there had been an error but we could go ahead with the fitting and a change could be made say in a month or so. I had to decline, as it seemed crazy to offer two odd aids for that price and hope to correct it, as well as arrange a second fitting, further down the line. And I could at least have been contacted before attending, to save me giving up my morning, and undertaking a 60 mile round trip, all for nothing. Let's hope Round 2 goes better on 12 Jan.

I was listened to and my wishes acted upon with consideration.
I have already filled out a review and cannot improve on it. Even though I'm having to wait until 16th Octber to get my not inexpensive aids fitted.

Great now the process is underway
My appointment was rescheduled and it took 2 months to finally happen but once in there I had simple clear direction. My hearing loss well explained and my hearing needs are now awaiting my aid which are due to be fitted next week. I’m very happy with my treatment so far. Thank you Ross.

Audiologist was extremely helpful. Spoke clearly and fully understood what I was experiencing. Explained things really well and demonstrated how hearing aids would help in all the different situations. If anyone is having issues with hearing but reluctant to get checked then my advice is go talk to Boots.
