I was able to fully understand the procedure and the need for my first pair of hearing aids

from start to finish had clear explainations on all that was being done

Absolutely brilliant staff advice given was spot on gave me the choice of hearing aids and choices of how to pay will definitely will be returning to boots week done

Shabnam was so good in explaining everything to me and talking through all of my concerns. I cannot recommend her enough. In fact I have told many friends that if they need a hearing test or hearing aids, Shabnam is the one to see. I cannot fault her at all. An excellent experience.

The audiologist is professional and helpful. I previously had a test in 2019 and the latest test showed my hearing had deteriorated. She talked me through the alternative treatments and explained the different hearing aids, in an understandable manner. I was not rushed at all and was very satisfied with the whole experience

Very thorough examination and test with clearly explained results and findings. A range of options given with all the pluses and minuses explained. It always felt more about the hearing aids needed rather than trying to sell you something.
