Appointment was on time every visit. Very helpful and patient staff member. Was allowed a 15 minute trial wearing some hearing aids and found it very helpful

David was so helpful and explained everything with great patience and understanding.

Vivek who did my hearing test was brilliant. He was very informative, patient, helpful, friendly and understanding. He made the whole process a good experience.

Excellent service

Tried to contact via telephone on a saturday. The website showed a local number for the Norwich Castle Mall store which provided a 'this number is not recognised' message. The central number was not answered presumably because it is not manned on a saturday although the store is open on a saturday. So no way to contact an open store by telephone.

After seeing the reply inviting me to make contact via E Mail, I did so, and guess what, no reply, much the same as their telephone answering and the dud telephone number is still on their website.

Things explained, and time taken, and questions answered. Member of staff professional but friendly and approachable as well.

Made to feel comfortable plus very informative.

A thoroughly professional approach with clear direction and useful important information. The length of the appointment was unexpectedly long (though one is prepared beforehand) but the time flew by as it was a friendly and enjoyable experience. Boots was recommended to me and I am glad I followed it up.

David was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment by explaining everything he was doing.

The experience was great because David was both
professional and pleasant with a touch of humour too.
I was reassured by the fact that he had considered my particular issues with flakiness from the sensitive skin in my ear canals. The resulting choice of hearing aid was based on his assessment and advice. Thank you.

Friendly, clear and professional consultation

The audiologist was very friendly and informative and made me feel at ease. We spoke of several options l could have and she explained each one. I picked the one she recommended for me and l am very pleased with how much better l can hear now.

From the first appointment l had through to my last appointment today l was extremely impressed with the help snd attention that l received.

My Hearing Specialist was excellent. He explained everything that I wanted and needed to know in clear details. He didn't push any kind of purchase, but let me make up my own mind after explaining the nature of my hearing loss and what kind of device might be most helpful. He gave me plenty of time to try out the device before I came to a conclusion as to whether I wanted to proceed. He fully explained the costs and it was good to know that if I wanted to I could go ahead on the basis of interest free credit.

Had a good discussion about my hearing issues, followed by a thorough hearing test.
With the test results I was advised on various options available and we decided on the right one for me.
Only negative was that the advertised 15% offer did not apply to the hearing aids I decided on, which are the most expensive ones. The website seems to indicate that this is applicable to all in this price range.
