From my routine hearing test with Lucy Smith a year ago to last Friday afternoon when I walked out of the store wearing my first hearing aids, I have been impressed with Lucy’s professional but friendly manner. She is highly competent but explains things slowly and clearly without a hint of condescension or ‘here we go again’. The product is expensive so it is important to have experts to assess the nature of the hearing loss and to advise on the most suitable products. I am pleased with my hearing aids so far and am confident that the follow-up will be equally supportive and informative.

He quickly resolved my problem with patience and courtesy and made a note to enable me to sort out the problem, should I need it again! Great customer service.

She conducted a thorough assessment of my hearing, and took me through all of the options (their pros and cons) for the hearing aids Boots offer. She is a clear communicator, very knowledgeable and extremely patient, answering all my questions. I couldn’t recommend her more highly!
