My three appointments with Boots Hearing Care have been informative and helpful. The two practitioners I have seen have given understandable information that helped me make decisions about what I needed to improve my hearing. A trail period will allow me to assess the effectiveness of the hearing aids.

Paid £3495 For a pair of Phonak Audeo…
Paid £3495 For a pair of Phonak Audeo L90-R hearing aids with 4 year warranty. The left aid lasted less than a week before packing up completely. It took nearly a further week to see the Audilogist who'd assessed aids being best for my type of hearing loss. To be fair his knowledge was helpful when he initially set up the aids. However, the faulty left aid baffled him so ordered a new and I left the store wearing a trial pair. Unfortunately I have to wait a further week before my new aids arrive to start the whole process again. In the meantime I've done my research and found I can buy identical Phonak Audeo L90-R aids elsew for £2995 with a 5 year warranty. That £500 cheaper with an extra year warranty. It's a no brainer, I know where I'm going when the trial period is over.
