Katyana the Audiologist was extremely pleasant and explained everything fully.

I tried sending my review but nothing happened.

Went for a review. Katyana was helpful and professional and made some very effective improvements to my hearing aids. Would recommend.

The advice given by Katyana was to have ceramic shell inserts fitted which have been excellent, allows my ears to breath without itchy discomfort. Overall has improved the whole experience

Katyana Clark, the audiologist in Boots Market Harborough is professional, knowledgeable, patient. She explained everything clearly about the new Phonak audio P90-R hearing aids and gave me ample opportunity to question and clarify. Aftercare by Katyana has been excellent and I am finding the new aids highly suitable to my needs and a notable improvement on my last pair of hearing aids.

The audiologist at this store, Katie, has been very professional and very knowledgeable. On examination, she spotted a potentially serious self inflicted issue with my ear and referred me to NHS 111. I returned to see her after this was resolved and she was very kind, friendly and patient. I thoroughly recommend the service here. My hearing aids fit perfectly! Thank you Katie 😊

Excellent friendly service,great advice given about range of hearing aids suitable for me.
Able to pay for the hearing aids over 4 years which helped me out a lot with finances,couldn't afford to pay for them outright.

Even though I am please with my hearing aids, this years check-up was exceptional, Catyana went above and beyond anything I have had before, she was pleasant, and very professional, and after making a few adjustment I found my hearing was the best it has ever been, I also heard my Yoga teacher properly for the first time in 3 years!

Audioligist at Market Harborough, Ish, was excellent and I agreed to purchase a pair of Hearing aids. I then found them considerably cheaper online. The reason I have not given a 5 star is because Boots main support would not negotiate on the price, so I cancelled the order, sorry Ish

The audiologist was an excellent communicator. She explained all aspects of hearing performance, deterioration and future prospects clearly. Performance graphs were provided and a report to our doctor. Types of hearing aid were described and demonstrated. First rate service!

My experience was totally down to the audiologist who was fantastic. She was warm, sensitive, and highly professional. I actually enjoyed my sessions!
