I’ve seen Sophy three times now and she has been brilliant every time. She has answered my long list of questions with professionalism, patience and understanding and reassured me every step of the way.

It has been a really good experience and I would highly recommend any one going for their first time hearing test to book an appointment to see her.

Boots offers are well worth considering. My particular choice of aid has meant that I just pay the deposit and then the balance in six months which suited me perfectly.

Good hearing audiologist. Now waiting for next steps

Distressful and disgraceful service 5 Times our appointment in Malvern has been cancelled, in all case with out any excuses or reasons and once cancelled 10 ins after we had arrived with my 80 year old mum. Shes now been with out her replacement hearing aid for over 5 weeks after paying over £3500 !!! Outrageous

Sophy, made all the difference. I didn’t think I had a hearing problem and I certainly didn’t need hearing aids. It turns out I do and I did!
Sophy made the whole process painless, she explained every process as we went along. She answered my questions, (sometimes before I’d thought of them.) she explained about the Bluetooth connectivity and paired my phone and iPad for me. Can’t praise her enough.
She turned what could have been an awful process into a pleasant one.

My hearing wasn’t clear , I often didn’t hear the end of conversation. Sofie was great very clear with my hearing test . And very clear with my brand new hearing aids .
