Delay in sending feedback. Been a long time but Great experience with Roshni. She was very knowledgable which helped alot as she explained everything so well, very calmly and clearly it all went smoothly, a really lovely and friendly person was lovely talking to her and having Roshni on the day.

Everything was explained fully and clearly which made deciding how to proceed very easy.

Having been to many hearing centres in the past, I find Roshni a very knowledgable Hearing specialist. She has up to the minute information, Knows her product range, She Has a professional yet warmed sensitive manner and listens to what her clients are saying.
She can get her points across without the hard sell that others seem to think is necessary

Getting hearing aids for the first time is a little daunting, an admittance that age is creeping on. The audiologist, Umeeka, made it a positive experience. She is patient, kind and efficient and seems to really love her job. The gradual use of the aids has gone very well. And I can notice a huge difference in my hearing, particularly in the clarity of sounds. I feel reassured that I can book an appointment anytime if needed. All in all a great experience.

Gave up in disgust …
