I had an ear impression appointment and was serviced by the lovely Shabnam Khan.

Shabnam was so friendly and attentive. I had never had an ear impression before and she went to great lengths to explain the whole process and make me feel at ease.

Shabnam took her time during the procedure and ensured I was comfortable the whole time.

I will be strongly recommend the Fosse Park store to friends and family due to the level of service of I receive from Shabnam today. Thank you for all your help today Shabnam.

Nikita the audiologist was excellent, she tested my hearing and explained everything in detail and I’m very happy with my hearing aids.

Great service compared to a local independent the young lady was extremely patient with my dad . It took three visits to select the correct hearing aid , now we are just waiting for it to arrive and be fitted .

Excellent audiologist (Shabnam). She explained everything clearly and thoroughly and there was no pressure at all.

Although they are great when buying hearing aids, getting appointments for the aftercare is difficult. I was due to take my 92 year old disabled father for wax removal and aftercare appointments today but again they have been cancelled. Same thing in October. The logistics of getting days off then getting him to appointments is always difficult and so frustrating when they cancel last minute. We're so fed up that we are going to have to go elsewhere for new aids for him at an expense he can't afford but at least they will be able to go to him instead. Currently only 1 of his hearing aids is working and I can't get an appointment for another week just to see what's wrong. I see the reviews on here are about a good buying experience but be aware that once you've paid out for expensive hearing aids all that attention goes....

An excellent service, very professional but also on a personal level.

Although I was a bit reticent about getting hearing aids, I felt reassured and was treated both professionally and with empathy by the person who dealt with my referral.
I ended up with a pair of hearing aids which most definitely seem to accommodate my needs.

Nikita, Shapna and Catlin were very helpful to my wife and I when we attended Boots Hearing center at Fosse Park Leicester. the amount of care and help given to my wife when having new aids was very good, especially the guidance given how to gain the most benefit from them. Thank you for this service.
