It was good explained well.

I have quite a complex ear condition which has caused me to lose some degree of hearing especially in one ear: another complication is that my hearing in this ear can fluctuate daily even hourly.
The audiologist-Lee- at King’s Lynn has been very understanding and patient at trying to provide me with the best experience possible when fitting and adjusting my hearing aids and gradually is achieving an optimum level of hearing for me.
I would highly recommend the hearing centre in Boots in King’s Lynn for anyone who is thinking of having their hearing checked.
I felt under no pressure to buy hearing aids and I am now on a 90 day trial which is a great idea as it helps the customer to try before committing to a purchase.

Boots Hearing Care in King’s Lynn, Norfolk have been a disaster for me from the outset. After an initial comprehensive hearing test, I chose a top of the range behind the ear ones - because I wanted clarity of sound in group situations too and was advised these would be the most suitable. My first fitting appointment was cancelled at the last minute (aids hadn’t arrived), as was the second (aids had arrived but each one was a different colour). I fully intended cancelling at this point, but decided to give them another chance! I wish I hadn’t bothered. Although I eventually got a fitting nearly 4 weeks after the test, this was also terrible. After 1.5 hours in a small stuffy room, the audiologist was unable to get them right for me. Ended up with an awful headache and no offer of water to enable me to take a paracetamol. I was just assured that my brain needed time to adjust and that the tinny, strident sound was perfectly normal to start with. Bluetooth couldn’t be connected in store as apparently “WiFi is terrible here”!! However, she gave me instructions how to do this at home. Unfortunately it didn’t work and customer services also unable to help. So - made an appointment to see an audiologist this afternoon to sort things out for me. This appointment has also been cancelled by Boots this morning - the third one! These hearing aids have cost a lot of money (despite the cursory £200 goodwill gesture) and I really was looking forward to a better quality of sound to enable me to participate in conversations more easily. They have not helped at all and the strident, sharp sound was actually painful at times. Furthermore, customer service and aftercare is truly atrocious. I will be returning these and would certainly not recommend Boots Hearing Care.

When I went along for my hearing test I was a bit nervous. But the audiologist was really good and very helpful and put me at ease. He was able to answer all of my worries and concerns. I have only had the hearing aids for a short time but so far so good! They make a big difference to every day life.

I have made several visits to Boots Hearingcare King's Lynn recently for myself and my 93-year-old wheelchair bound dad. All the staff - but particularly our audiologist Lee Mason - have bent over backwards to make our visits as easy and comfortable as possible. They have had to accommodate a wheelchair and change appointments on several occasions (dad caught Covid whilst in hospital). Nothing was too much trouble. Neither dad or I felt under any pressure or obligation and everything was explained in an easy to understand way (especially useful for dad). Our experience was professional and a pleasure!

The audiologist, Lee, made mefeel at ease and was able to answer any queries and allay any worries I had.
Lee was patient, understanding and didn’t pressurise me into spending money I didn’t need to…I went for mid-range rather than high end purely on his recommendation.

I have used Boots Hearingcare in Kings Lynn for several years, and have nothing but praise for the friendly, helpful, and professional care I have received throughout. From non-pressurised advice when selecting hearing aids, to regular annual reviews and adjustments, and ad hoc service and repair requirements, nothing is too much trouble for their audiologists. The wide range of hearing aids on offer, and the excellent aftercare, merit top marks in my opinion, and I would recommend them unreservedly.

Would highly recommend booking an appointment with him! As soon as he opened the door, I felt at ease, the room was clean, he was well presented and charming. You can tell he’s not in this job for the money and doesn’t try to sell you the most expensive hearing aids. He is precise with his work and dedicated, explaining everything clearly.
This man deserve an award, nothing is too much trouble, he missed his lunch break to make sure I was seen. Not many people I know are such caring individuals like this lovely man, he really is a credit to boots!

I was fitted with Phonak Hearing aids by Lee Mason at King's Lynn a year ado. He took great care with the diagnosis and explained every step. He provided me with all options available to me in making my choice. Since then I had to visit him for some minor issues such as replacing the wax guards and on every occasion, he made himself available at short notice and fixed the problem. On the two occasions he wasn't available, I was seen by his colleagues at King's Lynn and Swaffam and again received outstanding service. I was contacted two weeks ago for a one year follow up and had my hearing and the aids checked again.
I cannot speak too highly of the great aftercare and service that has been provided by Boots Hearingcare through Lee Mason and his colleagues and have no hesitation in recommending them.
