The audiologist Asher Salmon was kind and understanding answering all my questions. He guided me towards what I needed hearing aid wise and affordability wise. I can now hear much better now especially through what is a profoundly deaf right ear.

I would like to thank Asher Salmon for his professional approach throughout the hearing test, aid selection, calibration and fitting and ongoing support.

I’ve suffer from acute anxiety and depression period this year. I was dreading the appointment as I don’t like meeting new people and when it was a man it doubled my worries. I needed to work. The whole experience was stress free, he answered my questions multi times with be coming irritated . He treated me with respect and thoughtfulness. I can at times struggle with words. I can’t recall them correctly or they come out of my month incorrectly. He didn’t bat an eyelid, just gave me time and space to find the words or provide them if requested. I’m not normally like this and I get very embarrassed. He was woderful and I never felt like this. At the next appointment I didn’t need my husbands support at all. Thank you for fixing my hearing and treating me as an equal as well as boosting my confidence.

Very helpful audiologist who explained things clearly.

I wear Phonak hearing aids which connect to my phone. On Tuesday 13/08/24 I had a new phone and was unable to pair it with my hearing aids. We went in to boots and Asher Salmon the audiologist was so kind he set it up in a few minutes and double checked it was working. He was so helpful and kind

Marie was very helpful when doing my hearing test and choosing my hearing aids.

The Audiologist immediately put me at ease, so any nerves I had were forgotten. Everything was fully explained to me. The hearing test itself was not a problem at all. I was shown the results of the test and they were explained to me in great detail. I was fitted with two hearing aids to trial and was allowed to go into the store to walk about to try them. After choosing the hearing aids I wanted the Audiologist went on to inform me of the next appointment needed, to go through fitting, how to operate the hearing aids, etc. All in all a very professional and pleasant experience.

Marie was very professional and considerate towards my mother who was reluctant to have a test. She was very friendly and it was good to have all the computer back up to support the need for hearing aids. Thank you . All very good and I can highly recommend this service
