Audiologist was very professional and helpful, and it was particularly useful that she was able to perform Real Ear Measurement (REM) calibration when setting up my new hearing aids.

Had a problem with hearing aid and was asked to drop it off to Kensington High St. branch. The whole experience was not pleasant. Abrupt and unhelpful
When it was ready (apparently 13th Jan) I was left a message. I did not get this message. I called today the 17th JANUARY and was told as I had not responded I did not get the service but had a slot for this afternoon which I grabbed and went down to Boots. No one at the Hearing Aid reception, It had gone past the time (2.45) A lady came out and served two people before me and then asked me to follow her. There was no friendliness in her manner!
I calmy asked her if it was easier to leave a message then text? There was no follow up to get the message. She said, she does not phone or computer to message. The made the whole thing as if I was giving her hard time like NOTHING TO DO WITH HER! Instead of sorry I will relay the message to the authority and we will take care1 Normally I get texted for hearing aid & specs messages. Disappointing. Large or small companies service is everything

I had a recent feeling of a change in my hearing so I came in for a hearing check, such a professional and informative job done by the lady who saw me Sophie, I've had many hearing tests in the past at various places including the hospital and this is on par or of not even better than any other places I've had it done in terms of equipment, professionalism and customer service, thankyou Sophie and boots!

The aids do not fit or work properly and are extremely painful to wear.

I came back and it was agreed that the aids could be replaced and that l would receive an email stating all of the above,l didn't.

I have been left deaf with no information and no reply to the email l sent asking what was happening.
I had to ring which was very difficult as l couldn't hear her.
I was told again that l would be contacted that day,l wasn't.

When l did hear it was for a time l couldn't keep so the appointment has to be on Saturday afternoon which is going to be horrendous.

Professional, friendly caring staff

Aids stopped working while on holiday in the UK and lady was extremely helpful in providing advice and materials i did not have with me. And, thankfully, they are now working again. Many thanks.

the audiologist only offered and demonstrated the most expensive hearing aid that boots sell. hmm... not sure about the ethicality of this.

5 attempts to get the Platinum plus hearing aids to work properly over 9weeks and 5 visits across 3 Boots outlets, Wimbledon, Kingston and finally Kensington where a very helpful Tessy finally sorted out the problems including replacing faulty heating aids.
Telephone contact with your central customer service a nightmare. Waiting times appealing.

I didn't like the fact that I was only shown one brand & type of hearing aid and of course it was the most expensive. How can you make a decision when you're only given one choice?
