Outstanding service from start to finish

From my initial consultation, hearing test and hearing aid fitting appointments, Vidya Nambisan was very thorough and professional thoroughout. Professional help and care

Helpful consultation with Vidya, audiologist. She was informed and knowledgeable, expert and highly professional in her care. She explained each step of the test, the fitting, the management of aids very clearly and articulately and didn't bombard me with information. She built rapport well with me and made me feel confident in my decisions to purchase hearing aids which I felt were right for me.

Feedback

The audiologist was clear in explaining how hearing aids would help. She was patient and listened to my concerns. She allowed time to make sure I was ok to take them away and use them.

I was served by member of staff who showed a lot of empathy and made me feel confident that the product would improve my hearing. In particular, they made me understand I was entitled to return the product for a refund within a trial period of 3 months if I find it not suitable.
