Great Customer Service
I've had my hearing aids about 6 months now. I've been very impressed with the service. Melissa the resident audiologist for the Isle of Wight has been so very helpful and is a credit to the company she works for. I have friends who have NHS hearing aids and although free, getting to see someone to sort out problems is not easy or quick. I've had one or two minor teething problems which have been easily and quickly resolved. Cannot fault the service.

Melissa made me feel relaxed and the whole experience fun and rewarding. I felt she had great depth of knowledge about the anatomy of the ears and the effect of audio deprivation on our lives. This knowledge helped me to make an informed decision about the condition of my hearing & the benefits of hearing aids.

Great people, so helpful. My hearing aids have made such a difference to my life, the wife dosnt have to keep shouting at me now.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable audiologist answered all my questions, put me at ease.
