I’ve been with Sam at Boots Hearing in Newport for several years now and I just can’t fault him. Recently had one or two balance issues possibly related to ears and found Sam helpful, interested, professional and knowledgeable. The general team are lovely and we generally have a bit of a giggle too. Brilliant

I booked an appointment for in this branch in Newport as I was bringing my 92 year old mother down for a short break from the north Midlands. We felt very frustrated with the lack of explanation and care in our Boots at home after Mum purchased Phonak aids and the Roger. Enter.... Melissa Kelly, the lovely IoW Audiologist. She was amazing. In fact, we both agreed that not only does she clearly love her job, we have never met anyone as committed to ensuring the top level of customer service. Without writing a boring review of all the details, as we were leaving the island on a Sunday and we saw her on a Saturday but Mum needed further care, Melissa came into the store 15 minutes before opening time, encroaching on her busy time off, so that she could complete what was needed to be done, which was then all sent to our local Boots. The result is that Mum felt happier and with new custom made ear moulds is already feeling less isolated. I can't speak highly enough of Melissa. I meet people all the time in different fields of work and she was exceptional. We remain grateful, thank you. If we have any further problems with the technology in future, I think I'll book another short break to the island!

Very happy with my experience. My aids were explained to me very well and any questions I had were answered fully

I paid for my hearing aids after a consultation. Unfortunately my fitting appointment was cancelled twice at very short notice. I lost money as I had taken a day off work for the second appointment. I am not impressed.
