I recently had a hearing test , and subsequently chose to purchase my first ever hearing aids. The whole process was extremely easy.My audiologist Aisling was excellent. I had a full explanation of my test results, and there was absolutely no pressure to purchase aids .My appointments always felt unhurried.Aisling took time to explain everything and answer all questions.Always considerate and helpful , but also with a sense of fun. It felt like visiting a friend ! Thanks .😀

Having had a minor issue with one of my hearing aids, the issue was dealt with professionally and efficiently. What a great aftercare service. Made even easier with quality well trained staff. Aisling at Inverness Boots hearing centre could not have been more helpful. My Aunt (92) was delighted with her attentiveness, care and knowledge. She very patiently checked her ears and sorted out her hearing aids. She wrote down detailed instructions in beautiful handwriting along with pictures to show my Aunt how to care for her hearing aids.

Audiology’s very helpful explained clearly the function of the aids! Showed me how to put them on and explained how to alter the settings! Was very patient.

Knowledgeable information clearly imparted by a professional. All our questions ansered.

Having experienced problems with my hearing, I booked an appointment at my local Boots hearingcare to have it checked. The member of staff explained everything to me very carefully and set me up with an appointment with an audiologist. Again, at that more in depth appointment, I was fully informed every step of the process. I cannot praise the staff highly enough. I now have hearing aids and wish I had done this a long time ago. The follow up process is also excellent and I can contact them at any time if I have a problem. Would highly recommend.

I was put at my ease immediately and was taken through the process simply and am now waiting for my new hearing aid

Practitioner carried out a comprehensive hearing test and explained how the results were interpreted. Areas of hearing lose were highlighted and what would be required to improve them. Requirements regarding type and use of a hearing aid were fully explained to my satisfaction.

Graham was so patient and understanding of my needs, clearing my earwax which was logged hard, particularly in one ear. He also tested my hearing, resulting in me visiting the Audiologist which is current.

The Audiologist was efficient, knowlegeable, friendly and answered all my questions without trying to influence me in my choice of product.
