I need my annual check up with my hearing aid. I went to the store to book it and the staff at the counter gave me a card to phone a number. I questioned why they would give a phone number to a person trying to book a hearing appointment. She responded well you can hear. I didn't have energy to go further but it was really bad customer service. I'm appalled especially since I have a hearing aid with boots.

I was seen by Sarah Alam, a very caring and friendly person. However I am still trying to get used to the hearing aids. I will be seeing her again on 30th May.

Excellent service communication between the audiologist & my self was excellent.
I was made welcome & discussed all different types of hearing aids to suit my needs.
Perfect.

I’m in Singapore at present, so I can’t come to see you till later part of March. all I can say is that I am not happy with the hearing aids. In a crowded area with a lot of background noise, they failed totally. Even with one to one situation I couldn’t make out the whole conversation.Perhaps need a lot of adjustments. Raj Malhotra

Audiologist was experience. Explained how to use the aids and how to connect to my phone with patience.

Always seen on time by a very friendly Audiologist. Everything was explained in way that was easy to understand

you use a booth which cuts out outside noise, the hearing test is very thorough ,and everything is properly explained

Was a bit nervous but was was understanding and professional.

The audiologist is very friendly & made me feel important that at the end of day I will have a better hearing with aid, she simply explained how the hearing aid works . I was given all relevant information that I may need later & last but not least, I was asked if I have any questions. It was excellent experience.

The lady who looked after my dad was awesome. I can’t remember her name.

Easy booking, seen on time, expert staff, good customer service, helpful and friendly audiologist. Hearing aid options are great and the 60 day trial is an excellent way of helping find the right product.

I was only shown and advised to go for Phonak hearing aids and when I did a research on it later that I found out that Phonak's parent company is a majority shareholder of Boots. I feel I weren't give an unbiased advice nor given a choice of other brands.

The consultant who examined ears did the job properly. Only thing I was not shown was different types of hearing aids. I like to see during my next appointment.

I found Sehar very quickly put me at my ease and explained the hearing aids and how to apply them to my ears, in easy stages which was most comforting.

Very charming lady. Took a little while to get used to test, but went well.
