I was seen today by a lovely lady called Sophie. She completed my hearing Health check quickly and efficiently. She gave me all the information needed and even assisted me with questions I had about my elderly fathers aids. She is a credit to the company and I will definitely be recommending Boots Hearing Care to my friends and family.

Appointment was on time and Mubarak was friendly and provided a very good service explaining everything which gave me confidence. I have always used Boots hearing as the after care is included which is important to me. I must say that the service has improved as before I did not know who I would be seeing at my appointment. Having a rapport with the same person helps a great deal. The appointment booking service is hit and miss as it can take an age to get through if I need to alter the appointment. That is my only negative at the moment.

Review for Middlebrook Boots Store: Mubarak was really good at explaining every step of the process as my mother had her extensive tests prior to choosing her new hearing aids. He included me in the discussion which was further evidence of his excellent communication skills. Not only this ..but he was able to provide those hearing aids on the day. So Mum went from lip reading to hearing in just over one hour!

Have always had great service from Boots Hearing Care at the Middlebrook outlet.
Mubarak in particular is excellent. Professional, pleasant, polite and genuinely takes an interest in the patient. He offers great advice and gives honest opinion on potential upgrades to my hearing care.
I would highly recommend his services.

I took my mum to have a hearing test today she is 92 in a wheelchair and they made are visit very easy. My mum was very happy!!

The staff that we have seen over the last 6 years have always been helpful, professional and courteous to my now 91 year old mother.
They have always tried to help her to get the best results from wearing her hearing aids.

I booked a hearing test and it was very thorough with great advice given by the Audiologist. I was also able to test the hearing aid for 20 min, which made a different in my decision on whether I wanted to go ahead with it. I really appreciate the time they gave me. I highly recommend going to the Middlebrook branch for an honest opinion of your hearing, backed up by facts, and no pressure to go ahead with the purchase. Much appreciated.

Mubarak brilliant as always

Been seeing Mubarak for 5 years now, he is really helpful, patient and explains everything fully and clearly, he is a very good Audiologist.

I visited Boots Hearing Care, Middlebrook in July for a Hearing test, which confirmed what I'd suspected for a long time, that I was suffering from Hearing loss in both ears. I was cared for by Mubarak, who guided me through my different options regarding my Hearing aids, I have to say he has been exceptional , he his obviously very knowledgeable, he explained everything very clearly, and answered all my questions and concerns. I decided to opt for in ear invisible aids which were made from moulds of my ear, being custom made there was a couple of weeks lead time before I had them fitted.
I have attended several follow up appointments which are needed to optimise the aids and get you used to hearing sounds I hadn't heard for a few years.
I am completely satisfied with my hearing aids, the difference in the quality of my daily life is profound.
Many thanks to Mubarak for his excellent service, he his a credit to his company, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Boots Hearing care to anybody. 👍
