Exceptional service.
Just purchased a pair of Phonak hearing aids, the service I've received from Shebin Joseph from Boots Leighton Buzzard branch was exceptional he has made me feel confident about wearing them when I was a little hesitant.
As I've only just purchased the aids I can't rate them yet but so far so good although a bit on the pricey side.

Really thorough hearing test and explanation of the findings. David was excellent, he explained everything fully, gave me an opportunity to test the hearing aids, and the told me the differences between models.

The hearing-aid sessions with David have been thorough, enlightening and beneficial in supporting my hearing much better and quality of life. The technological advances in the hearing aids purchased show a marked improvement on my previous hearing aids.
Worst experience
I booked an appointment for today 12.30 hearing test and when I go there I found out my appointment was moved for 14.30 without asking me. The lady from the front desk was very rude and indifferent saying she can't do anything for me and I can't speak with anyone there. She gives me a card with a phone number, call but even like that I couldn't resolve the problem. I will never recommend this pharmacy.

Excellent comprehensive session for hearing aid assessment with a very pleasant and informative consultant.
Boots Hearing care great but..…
Dealing with the audiologist has been very good. However my top of the range Phonax failed after 3 weeks. After 2 weeks being repaired by Phonax and still not returned to me I began to lose confidence in the product. However my audiologist recognised this and ordered me a completely new pair. So far so good. I have no issue with Boots Hearing Care. Service has been excellent.
Best Waxing Ever.
This was my first hearing test since I was in primary school and I was very nervous. The lady me feel very comfortable and I almost fell asleep! Overall it was a positive experience. I would recommend to a friend.
