Kristy was first class from start to finish was very professional throughout my hearing test and what hearing aids would suit me. Have now been back to collect my new hearing aids again Kirsty was first class again in setting up and fitting my hearing aids made an appointment to see me again in 2 weeks time to see how I have settled into my new hearing aids and connect them up to my phone. up till now I've had no problems with them. All I can say is a perfect service from Kirsty at boots in hawick

Good experience but expensive aids
Audiologist was very reassuring throughout!
Wasn’t sure if I needed hearing aids or not!
Audiologist very thorough and explained hearing test!
Boots seemed to have best follow up and total care package!
Hopefully technology will keep me hearing longer!

Kirsty the audiologist was great, she explained everything clearly, the testing was good and the results fully explained , I was given the opportunity to try out hearing aids and for the first time in years I was able to hear properly. I was so impressed I am buying the hearing aids

Kirsty explained everything I needed to…
Kirsty explained everything I needed to know, slowly and clearly. She didn’t give me the “ hard sell “ like many others do, and I appreciated that. I’ve no doubt I’ll need to keep reverting to the small booklet I was given as there’s a lot to take in “ I’m not the brightest “.
Hopefully the hearing aids will help me with my problem. Thank you once again.
