I have been a customer of Boots Hearing for 15+ years. This is despite Boots charging a “premium “ price . ( same product up to £200.00 less from local competition!!!) The reason I continue to be a loyal Boots customer is the excellent audiologists that have looked after me , coupled with the comprehensive Boots after care I have received throughout from both Audiologist and Optometric staff.
If any minor malfunctions / adjustments have been required. I have arrived totally unannounced but have without exception always been welcomed promptly and professionally in every aspect and my query resolved either by adjustment or explanation.
My appointment today with audiologist Georgia Fellas was no exception punctual, extremely professional and welcoming in every respect. All aspects of the hearing assessment process and subsequent options were clearly explained.
I was aware prior to my appointment that I was due an imminent “upgrade” and had assumed that on completion of my assessment an order would be placed and a future appointment made for fitting. However!! I was delighted when Georgia informed me that she had replacement “upgraded” new hearing aids in stock and they could be immediately set up!!
This enabled me to leave with my hearing noticeably enhanced with the new hearing aids fitted. A very happy customer!!
My thanks to Georgia and all the Boots staff for the outstanding customer service in every respect afforded to me. Thank you.

Brandon’s commitment and care making sure I had the correct checks regarding my hearing tests, then the information he gave me for the way forward with the hearing aids that were available to me. He advised me on the different ranges and costs and was able to let me try a pair to see how I got on with them whilst I walked around town with my wife for a while. I was then able to make the decision on what model I would purchase. I am so happy with how he was professional and friendly towards me.
