I was hugely impressed by the professional service I received from the audiology team in the Fareham store. I was new to hearing aids and they took extra time to fully explain how the aids are fitted, set-up, charged and cared for. I felt very satisfied with all the help, explanations and ongoing support offered and just need to get used to the hearing improvements delivered by my aids.
