A very thorough test, with clear explanations throughout. When I decided I couldn't afford the hearing aids I felt were best for me, the consultant, Alissa Amin, contacted me with advice and sent me the test results.

Had ear wax removal on Friday, Cameron was very kind and patient, I was nervous and he put me at ease. Would definitely recommend.

I came in for a standard test with no idea that I needed hearing aids.

Riddhi was so helpful and explained everything as we went through the process. I ordered them and a few days later I went back in to collect them.

I’ve had a two week catch up appointment and Riddhi was great again, we increased the volume and she added the app to my phone.

I would recommend Boots and Riddhi to anyone needing a hearing assessment, very happy with the service, follow ups and support.
