Very interesting good experience

Very interesting experience with enjoyable conversation with Dave. I was very interested and pleased with the range of test items Dave had available and understood all the intentions that covered the concerns that I've identified and he questioned. Very good, but max mark comes off the end result turns out to be correct. Thanks to Dave.

Customer service

The same man did my test 2 years ago. I remember what he was like then and the same now. Ok, he was thorough. Unfortunately, he seems rather patronising and didn't understand why I'd been invited at 2 years because I am 51. He said it should have been 5 years!? He asked me the questions from the computer but it's like he wasn't interested. Just the vibe I get.
