The Audilogist was very thorough and explained everything, including how to change the wax preventers. He adjusted the hearing aids with great care, although this can be difficult in an enclosed environment. Some adjustment to background noise needs attention. At home, I am finding the hearing aids difficult to attach securely. The tubing may be a little short.

My husband was given a full hearing test by Rob Saunders after which he tried a pair of hearing aids to enable him to feel the difference they made. Very thorough test in a soundproof booth and listening to voices in a noisy room. Was allowed to try the hearing aids while wandering around the shop. I did not feel any pressure.

Poor service and product
My first set of hearing aids went for repair twice and came back with the same faults and the volume buttons removed. The specialist has now ordered a new set and i am now going to be without hearing aids for Four weeks. This is not a quality service or product especially after paying £2500

I had a fantastic experience in Boots Chichester today, with the help of a wonderful sales assistant named Amy. I came into for a tester of a Nars Foundation, after speaking to Amy about why I was visiting the store, she went out of her way to help me, drawing on her own experience with skincare, providing me with samples and personal recommendations. She was absolutely wonderful, she is an asset to your team and business and I will be returning to buy her recommendations.

The audiologist who conducted my mother’s hearing test was very patient and understanding. I am very pleased with how he treated my mother with consideration and respect.

Use of American voice for hearing test was not useful, but I understand is used in all English speaking countries. I would have thought that it would be neither too difficult or expensive to provide a more appropriate voice to interpret.
The air conditioning unit in the room was loud(not helpful for a hearing test) and quite ineffective.
Repeated issues with my 89 year old mother
Repeated issues with my 89 year old mother phonak hearing aids, in the 18 months she has had them, they have gone back to the factory 4 times.
The Boots staff are all very helpful, however the problem seems persistent and its causing a lot of unnecessary stress for an elderly lady that struggles with her hearing.
