I went to collect the 3 pairs of specs ordered and paid for. The young man who served brought out only 2 , I asked about the 3rd pair- he asked me if I was sure there should be 3!! It transpired. The third had not been ordered. One pair of the specs provided is Il fitting and will have to be changed. I still await the third pair to be provided.

Exceptional communication and explanation all through hearing test. Hearing aids explained with short trial which gave an indication of how much clearer I could hear with them in. No pressure to purchase hearing aids.

Very through, everything explained well, nothing rushed.

The young lady technician was extremely polite, explained every stage of the hearing testing very clearly and the various hearing aid options and costs.

Again I was welcomed and made comfortable at my second Consultation, even though I was somewhat nervous as my tinnitus was bad on the day. Even though I did not do well with the "speaking machine test" (only way I can describe this test) I was reassured and told not to worry. Plenty of time was spent answering all my questions. Did not feel any pressure when discussing cost of hearing aids. The support and after care offered to clients made me make another appointment. Thank you for spending so much time with me.

I was looked after so well, I felt relaxed and able to talk about my loss of hearing, she was extremely helpful. I can’t recommend her enough, I just hope the hearing aids are as good as she is?

Boots made selecting new hearing aids a pleasure not a chore. They have well lit, clean consulting rooms with good quality acoustic booth for hearing testing (not just a pair of headphones). The test results were clearly explained as were the pro's & con's of the different types of hearing aids, I was not 'persuaded' towards a particular style. I did not feel that the assessment was being done against the clock.
Overall a far superior experience than my previous supplier.

Excellent service, everything clearly explained, no pressure selling. I came away very confident after the hearing test and the way the results were explained to me. I have since purchased the hearing aids through Boots and would recommend Boots as the place to go for hearing aids.

As I haven't had a hearing test before it was the audiologist that put me at ease by explaining the process and afterwards the options available to me in clear simple terms.
