Excellent service
Mr Kahn was exceptional he explained everything to me patiently and in terms I was able to understand . I felt relaxed and able to ask anything that I was concerned about. He also responded to my telephone call on the following day with more reassurance about my concerns . Thank you Mr Kahn for your great service .

Finally someone listened.
The audiologist had read and taken note on the questionnaire submitted when booking appointment. I felt the hearing test and questions was very thorough and test results explained very well. My last hearing aids supplied by others just made things louder but my hearing didn't improve. My new ones (boots) are life changing
