Noori was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The hearing specialist (Noori) was welcoming. very professional, pleasant throughout each session and kept me fully informed.

Very helpful, good manners, Interested in what she was doing.
One problem as we have hearing difficulty the lady talked too fast needs to slow down in her line of work.
As for the device there is no bass so difficult to get your head around at first, but slowly beginning to adapt.

My audio advisor -Noori-was extremely knowledgeable and polite. She was helpful and caring throughout the tests, which put me at ease.
The whole experience was excellent.

Contrary to my fears, having confirmation that I've reached the stage of requiring hearing aids was a positive experience.
While highly professional, every step of the process was empathetic and caring and overlaid with a lovely sense of humour that left me in no doubt that wearing hearing aids is not the end of life as I know it. All very encouraging and affirming! I also know that any issues I may experience with the hearing aids will be swiftly and efficiently delt with.

I was amazed at the professional service that was given to me as its the first hearing aid that I have had mahnoor saleem was so patient and I was with my daughter at all times and she explained everything not only to me but to my daughter as well getting me used to having it in my ear it was very satisfying experience I have to go back in 2 weeks to see if its okay well done to mahnoor and to boots thank you

Very professional , helpful and listened sympathetically to the problems. I felt their knowledge of products and suitability for the indivividual were excellent. I had confidence in the information received and hearing aid suggested.

Very good service on all appointments,The only problem was when Noori had her flight cancelled back from holiday, and the appointment was cancelled,e.mail went in to my junk mail and i did not see it,but in the positive side she got us another appointment for the following day.My first appointment was on the 5th jan.

Fantastic service. The young lady that did my mums hearing assessment was excellent. She was friendly, patient and extremely knowledgable. Ten out of ten!
