Excellent customer service from initial consultation to final fitting and collection. The Audiologist in Ashton-under-Lyne, Mr. Hasshim Muhammad, was outstanding. Hasshim is extremely polite, very patient, and took the time to explain every aspect of the technology, answering any questions in great detail.
I would highly recommend this branch of Boots for anyone seeking to have their hearing examined and learn about the latest hearing technology.

The hearing specialist was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed. They ran through all the options and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend this company and specialist.

I recently had a hearing test with Haashimm
I recently had a hearing test with Haashim. He made me feel extremely comfortable and explained the test and the different options of hearing aids that were available to me. I made the decision of my devices with his expert guidance and advice. I returned to have my devices fitted and would recommend Haashimm and Boots.

Haashim made me feel comfortable and relaxed he explained all my options in detail answered any questions I had about the hearing aids and gave me good advice on all my hearing aids that were best suited for me his customer service is second to none first class would highly recommend Haashim and boots

Excellent Service
Haashim has been my mothers Audiologist for some time now and has always been extremely caring and helpful, treating her with the utmost respect. He is extremely professional with a calm demeanor putting her at her ease, always having time to listen and advise whilst never putting any pressure on her to make decisions.
His advice and guidance regarding technology to support her hearing needs both in the home and in social environments has made such a massive improvement in her everyday life and has given her more confidence to always feel part of the conversation which often isn't easy for an 88 year old with hearing needs.
Recently my mum chose to purchase new hearing aids and again Haashim was so supportive in helping her make her choice.
I cannot thank Haashim enough for the advice, support and follow up support he has given my mum and would highly recommend him as a superb Audiologist 😀
