Kind and Caring
I would like to compliment ‘Leanne’ the hearing care lady in the Abergavenny Boots store. I have been made to feel completely at ease and even though appointments were running a bit late, she was calm, took the time required for my appointment and is professional and nice.

The lady who attended to us was very pleasant and made me feel at ease. The test was explained easily and the whole experience was without any stress.
