The testing was carried out by a competent profession young lady in excellent conditions. At no time was I able to see which keys she was pressing therefore I could not guess how I was expected to respond. I found it to be a very professional hearing test. The examiner listened to all my wife had to say. The fitting of my new hearing aids quickly carried out with no problems and so far no problems.

The light bulb moment😁
The Hearing Aid Audiologist was very knowledgeable, very friendly and honest! She explained it all to me and my wife very well and after having a little try with some hearing aids it was like a light bulb moment! The difference was unbelievable! After being told for yeas that nobody can do any for me regarding my hearing loss, I was so pleased that finally my hearing can be improved!

A thorough test and an understanding of my hearing problems.
The hearing specialist gave me a full and thorough hearing test and I felt she understood the problems I have with my current hearing aids which were not from Boots. I look forward to receiving my new hearing aids from Boots and trust that they will give me the satisfaction I crave.
