I made a purchase on March 5th Iam still waiting for my order, I send 2 message and never replied

Receive a different and poor quality item. Tried to return and now its gone even with tracking information. This is a scam and no one should do business with them.

Order placed 12/28/25. Now, at nearly 2 months later (02/25/26), the items has never been received. After filing a refund request through Paypal, Bright Buy Support(?) responded with a 15% off offer, asked for continued patience, advising no need to continue pursuing a refund through Paypal, but no delivery date. Beware FB deals sourced from China!

This place is yet another scam operation. I received my purchase and the fabric for the two-piece casual top and pants was not even close to being the quality shown in the photo online. The fabric is some sort of knit and so thin you can see through it. What they pictured was a cotton fleece. Oh, and the package arrived from a place called Abby Adkins in Chicago. Another smoke and mirrors game.

Further, they advise that it be dry cleaned! Probably so someone can't ask for a refund when it falls apart in the wash. I a ashamed to say that this is the second time I ordered something from a vendor advertised on FB. (That one was a disaster to return and I never got my money back). Despite extra diligence this time, I have finally learned my lesson - if the price is too good to be true - don't expect to get what you thought.

I placed an order with Bombay Stores on 11th November. They admitted they could not supply the full piece of material and promised an immediate refund. Weeks later, no refund has been issued.

Despite repeated phone calls and emails, there has been zero response. Their customer service is non‑existent, and their published refund policy has been ignored. I have now had to escalate this through my bank as suspected fraud.

This is unacceptable. Taking money, failing to deliver goods, refusing to communicate, and withholding refunds is disgraceful. Customers deserve honesty and accountability — not silence and suspicion.

I strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Had some lovely, good value outfits, always arrive as advised. Bought a suit in the sale, sadly it was very wrongly sized, however I returned it and have been refunded. Great service - thank you. Fabric amazing too!!

Terrible guys, purchased from Bombay store previously but never will again!
I was given a parking ticket by bombay store contractor for parking near their store!
No sign saying don’t park, and i was parked on public road not obstructing anything!

Have ordered numerous times recently and only ever had 1 issue, and that was a postal issue rather than a store issue, which was rectified immediately via email and then a call, fabric always lovely quality and amazing value for money x

I have only given one star even though the fabric arrived promptly. On inspection the fabric I ordered, 2 meters of ivory cotton, part of it was cobbled together with stitching, what! And a bonus of words written in biro. How they dare send it in that state is beyond belief So I won't be ordering from this site again.

I've used Bombay Stores Fabrics many times but only at Knitting & Stitching shows until now. Their online service and commuications are excellent. One of the fabrics I had ordered was out of stock and I received a phone call asking if iI would like to choose an alternative. Mr Singh kept in touch with updates and i was absolutely delighted with my fabrics. Brilliant service and lovely staff who are eager to help, highly recommended.

Do not buy from here measurement for the sizes are incorrect I ordered an organza shirt with silk kameez & trouser and there was a hole on the jacket at the back and the size for the jacket was small but I ordered xtra large. They clearly put these items on sale to get rid of them as the quality is so bad!!

Ive ordered fabric a number of times and have always been delighted with cost and quality. The one time I needed to contact them during the postal strike they couldn't have been more helpful. I will recommend this company to family and friends as 1st class

I used the fabric store. The range is good and it is reasonably priced. I ordered my fabric on a Sunday evening, the next day they contacted me and told me it was out of stock. They arranged a refund and told me the fabric would be in again, if I wanted to order it. I will use them again, they did not try & push me to wait till it was in again.

Very happy with fabric. Company phoned me as colour I'd ordered was different but I bought anyway. Delivery exactly when stated to north Scotland and also received thread. Will have no hesitation using this company again.

Must admit there was an issue with the delivery being sent out on time. However once challenged they were prepared to send out the item which was received the following day. The actual fabric I ordered was really good quality and the shade was as close to the description as could be. I think if they listen to their customers and act fast when things go wrong then this company could do very well.

terrible, terrible mail order service. they took the online order then sat on it for over week, by which time they'd sold the fabric I'd paid for to someone else.
this has happened more than once, and good luck getting a refund.

I placed an online order yesterday & I have already received my order today.
I'm really happy with my purchases, the suits are really gorgeous & packaged well too.

Het bestelde artikel is met een grote vlek geleverd. De verkoper zou met een oplossing komen maar inmiddels drie weken geleden en ondanks dat ik gedreigd heb voor een slechte review

I ordered on 4th July and before ordering I asked them delivery time. They said it would be 4-6 days and till today (3rd August) I havent received any delivery. What even worse is since a week they are not replying to any email. Running a fraud company. I want my refund. 10 days before I asked update and after repeatedly trying and emailing - they have the audacity to tell why did not you track? Is tracking and delivery my responsible? why the hell I am paying money. Worst service ever. Shameless people

Today on 5th Aug they ask me to go all the way to inquire at the local post office? Why did I pay extra for shipping? Was delivery my look out?

The actual products being sold are good value for money. I bought some fabric and was quite happy with it.

Unfortunately, something was missing from my order. I have been trying to get hold of somebody for weeks. I managed to get through on the phone once, but my call was never returned. I tried all the email addresses on the website and the web form - all of them bounced back. I'm pretty angry because I don't have the product and I don't have a way of getting a refund, it seems.

It's a shame because I bought fabric from them at the handmade festival and thought I'd give them a try online. This needs sorting out because it's not fair on customers who trust you to send them their order.
