²I bought a tracksuit thsy did not fit. I was told to send a photo of the proof of posting with the tracking number and they would process the refund. That was 28th December 2025. No refund appeared. I have sent countless emails asking for my refund ans just get emails back saying they are very sorry for the delay and they will be processing my refund as a matter of urgency and will be refunding it in the next few days. It is now 23rd January 2026 and still no refund. Do not buy from this company. Their customer service is appalling. You will not get your money back if you need a refund ansmd the tracksuit was poor quality.

It would have been 5 stars but had to wait a little bit longer than expected but nothing major. Really good customer service and good quality product. Thanks for a great service!

Counterfeit goods, Fear of God essentials tracksuit arrived and had all the labels cut out. I could have had a better tracksuit made at local hoodie printers round the corner from me. I had no idea I was buying counterfeit goods. Have emailed company few times now and there is radio silence. Wish I had checked trust pilot in the first instance!

Great hoodie, great sizing. Unfortunately customer service and 'refund policy' is appalling. Will not be using them again for this reason. Have emailed over and over since 27th December to return an unused, unworn item. Keep being told it's being "looked into"! Really... I just need to return a jumper.

Scam site, pays via PayPal, claimed money back by bank and reported to relevant authorities

Ordered a tracksuit on 2nd december, have had no instruction of when it will be delivered, no confirmation email and cannot get onto thier wesbite as its closed. Will be taking further action to get my money back.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. Counterfeit goods and they do not reply to your emails in order to obtain a refund. £365 wasted. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Wish there was a 0, do not order from these!!!! Absolute scam, tracksuit that I paid £175 for came and I would have got better quality from Primark. Asked for a refund and was told yes but still waiting weeks later and now they have stopped replying.

contacted paypal who i paid thir they put a dispute on and finally they came was a bit small contacted and contacted to return nothing them looked at small print wanted 15 each to return still heard nothing so just kept them please don't buy off this site !!!! if it wasn't for paypal think still waiting now and had to keep them even thou was to small have never got back to me to know how return them plus in small print only get 7 days to return wish i had read the reviews before i ordered

SCAM CLOTHING NOT GENUINE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

My error, I thought this company was uk based, was misled by the picture of a seemingly English building and light on their advert. Ordered a cardigan which looked like a shaggy woollen garment. On arrival, it was a printed polyester cheap garment, can't even give it away! After much negotiation I accepted a partial refund which meant I am as out of pocket as I would have been had I posted it back to China. The 1 star represents the polite correspondence I received from the company. I won't be ordering again.

Really bad quality for the price. Sizes not fitting and I will cost a fortune to return to china. London Essentials is very misleading. I wish I have seen the reviews before ordering.

POOR QUALITY. Can’t return unless you are willing to pay £20 to send it back to China. Total rip off.

Need to return this outfit as the top does not even fit over my head. You have to return to China and the cost if £20. Awful quality never buy from this company

Bought my nephew an essentials tracksuit.. I realised it was a counterfeit site. It took me to a PayPal site to pay. I thought this was normal went straight to my bank and this company who don’t have a contact address as a company should dodge order number to cancel my item minutes after I ordered. This was the 3rd of August and only today after going through my credit card and pay pal and finally a contact email address. To say my refund has just taken place. They waited the full 10 working days to press refund. Half of the emails looked like they had been replied to by a child.
STAY CLEAR.. I will be reporting them to trading standards.
I now have to wait another 2-5 working days to see it in my bank. That’s even if it does. Joke !

Update!! Still no refund in my account still waiting. They have said it’s been “refunded” but nothing has arrived and I have left it way over 15 working days!!

Damn still waiting for my coat wish I’d checked this out first I looked at the website didn’t seem like China so poised off it’s going to be a pile of crap when it turns up

Have been totally scammed by thus so called clothing company.Bought a coat at £60 and it looks nothing like advertised,cheap material and not worth the money and now they want me to spend another £20 to, return it ,please avoid this company at all costs cheap rubbish, wish I had read reviews first.

Avoid London essentials clothing. I am trying to return a 'cotton' dress, which is not cotton and is a cheap synthetic material. They do not operate as a normal company. Say they cannot accept return easily so will give 15% back if I keep the item (which is useless).

Avoid this company at all costs. I’ve so far sent six emails requesting a returns label but they still haven’t sent me one. The item is extremely poor quality and looks nothing like the picture advertising it. They have offered me a15% discount which is of absolutely no use to me as the item is cheap and awful and I definitely won’t be wearing it. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS FIRM AS YOU WILL NOT GET IT BACK SHOULD YOU NEED TO RETURN ITEMS!
