It’s really sad to see the London Wood Green (N22) store permanently closed. It was a great store with a good range of products. However, instead of closing down, it might have helped to review staff performance — as a few employees (particularly two black female staff members) were quite unprofessional and seemed to have close contact with local shoplifters. Please don’t repeat the same mistake if you reopen or relocate the store.

Scam site. Takes your payment and then send a bogus tracking number. Does not respond to inquiries of where your order is! "lucia@24hadminservice dot com" will respond once to tell you she's looking into it, then she ghosts you.

During the COVID lockdown, Bodycare stores remained closed throughout the period. While other retailers in the sector kept their doors open to customers. After all, this sector of the retail industry sell personal hygiene and care products. Surely Bodycare were part of the 'KEY' service, essential at the time of the crisis. And Bodycare wasn't around to help, regardless of range and competitive store pricing !!! We now hear Bodycare is to close completely without a buyer.

Over the last few months or so the body care shop in Coventry westorchards as gone down hill it no longer has my hair products I used to get the lady said today they have changed suppliers there crap I used to like shopping in there but now it's rubbish the shelfs are nearly empty it's disappointing go back to your old suppliers the ones you have now is Sh#t to say the least

Ordered 10 & only got 7. Package half opened and some contents spilled out over the others. Only 2 had their tops on. Poor to say the least. Won't be using this company again.

In store my elderly mother asked 2 assistants stacking shelves where an item was to be told they don’t sell it. My mother did keep asking and did insist she’d bought it there before and then wandered off to browse elsewhere.

I then heard the 2 members of staff slate her, slate customers in general and saying “old people always think they’re right”

Absolutely terrible customer service.

I appreciate customers can be frustrating but at least wait until they’ve left the shop before slagging them off!

Went in Stevenage store this morning and they wrongly labelled up a product to half the price that it went through the till at what disappointed me was that like with most decent companies is that they did not offer to honour the mistake they made.

I placed an order and it wouldn't change my address and took my old address but my new address for billing!

I emailed within 60 seconds of placing the order and asked them to change, there's no phone number, yet they've still sent to the old address which is 80 miles from me!

If I could give monsters, I would!

Staff were very rude, even the manager! I would not recommend shopping here. The overall atmosphere of this shop was unwelcoming.

Paypal refused my claim. Evri tracking says delivered but it was not delivered to my address. I have no idea to what address. Scam comes to mind. At no point was I given any info on the address on the parcel

Customer service was shocking and they did not provide any proof of address on the parcel nor a delivery photo

Paypal is now handling my case. Upon opening the case, the seller quickly had tracking changed to `delivered` it was never delivered. Do use paypal and do follow up, even if only a few £. This company are most definitely scammers, as stated by many customers

Can I encourage you to instigate a chargeback if needed. The more information that paypal or banks have on this company, the better

Please contact trading standards and do a charge back via bank, when you advised you have been scammed they will refund you.

This website sells fakes, out of date products, they are NOT genuine

Brought 2 waterproof mascaras they are awfull lumpy and hard.

Package was late and damaged on receipt and an item missing.

I have sent two emails to the addresses that are shown on their website and had zero response from either.

Very poor service, won't use again, will go back to Savers who I have had no trouble with at all.

Done 2 0rders with bodycare last year they never sent me a free returns label I fact they told me to make a returns label. Via royal mail I had sent them so. Many emails about my visual sight loss unable to. Make a label myself I ended up paying nearly £10 got the royal. Mail to pick the parcel up from home they sent it back to. This nasty company they didn't not refund the goods early Infact they refunded I order after 2 months 15 packets of toothbrushes but sadly they never refunded for the 6 packs of soaps returned with the other order see they are do thieves and the never even refunded my £8 postage I will never ever order frok from them, ever again they made me very very angry too much upset and depressed they were surposed to refund me £38 but sadly they only refunded my £22 for the 15 toothbrushes but they didn't refunded the 6 pack of soaps that's how they conn from customers like me eating my money for nothing someone should contact them to p they are thieving my money and not refunding it in full coward greedy this is a company that steels from you not giving you the correct refund they company should shut down I will never forget the way they treated me like a total dirt their customer service team.is a total. Rubbish and stink hell to them I hope all the other customers stop ordering from them and say very very bad things about them distgusting or what never will use them agaij they owe me my. Money back. For the ordet not paid back they are a theft company theft and a criminal I will not use a criminal dog monster company like them again I will remember that never forget a minute owe. They owe. Poor service. Not all products arrived. Email address now non contactable. No address given on delivery note or order. Very poor. Do not use.

I have used the high street shops before but this was the first time I have ordered online,I ordered 4 items on Sunday 2nd of February all arrived safely on Wednesday the 5th delivered by evri good fast service, Will definitely be using this company again.

They didn't send my order out, i had to follow up with them to see what was going on a week later, they just refunded it. Bit of a waste of time.

Excellent prices. Ordered Friday and delivered today Tuesday. Good communication and kept informed re delivery times.Thank you!

Wrong product was delivered.. issued full refund within 48hrs and did not have to return product even though was willing to.. was told to keep it..
