Excellente Livraison canapé par nacelle.
Nous avons acheté un canapé boconcept. Du fait de la configuration particulière de notre appartement il a fallu recourir à une livraison par nacelle.
Merci à boconcept qui nous a accompagné dans cette livraison très efficacement, en moins d’une semaine la livraison a été programmée.. Et merci à Enzo et Quentin pour leur amabilité et grande efficacité le jour de la livraison. En quelques minutes notre canapé a été livré dans notre salon sans aucun accroc.

Service après-vente et livraison de qualité
Bonjour,
Service après-vente de qualité.
La livraison du nouveau matériel s'est très bien passée.
D'une part dans l'information et le choix de la date de livraison et d'autre part, les installateurs sont efficaces, très courtois. Merci à Guillaume et Jérôme.
Et en prime un joli cadeau.

Vi har købt en sofa hvor benene åbenlyst ikke flugter.
Men sådan skal det åbenbart se ud.
Hvem har mon lyst til at vise sådan en sofa frem derhjemme.
Sådan en lav kvalitet finder man ikke engang i Ikea

Misleading
I had a pretty negative and frustrating experience with Lisa in Bo Concept. I was offered to customize my living room furniture, designing it piece by piece over a simulation tool they had in store. I chose a few pieces of decoration based on how they were presented in the simulation tool (shape, color, dimensions, etc.). I received a photo of the final products I bought over a confirmation email.
After a long 9-week wait, I finally received the order, only to discover that the decoration pieces do not match what I chose in store and do not match the photos I received over the confirmation email. Their reaction was quite indifferent and cold. They did agree that the products I received do not match what was depicted in the photos sent in the confirmation email, and acknowledged the photos might have been confusing, yet they did not offer any fix to the problem. They did not offer to return it back or offer a full refund. They insisted that I'll have to pay 40% cancellation fee if I want to return it back. Cancellation for an order I did not choose! They miscommunicated their product and mislead me into buying something I did not intend, and are asking for a cancellation fee!

Do not buy leather furniture from…
Do not buy leather furniture from Boconcept. We bought a leather Monte chair which we purchased for $2980.00 in 2013. The foam under the left armrest has bulged out and will not flatten. In addition, the feather and foam filling in the seat and back rest does not appear to be sufficient as it flattens almost immediately after sitting on it and consequently feels hard. I have to plump out every day. We approached Boconcept Sydney for repair although out of warranty. Very unhappy with their solutions which involved us paying for private refurbishment or buying another Boconcept chair at a reduced price!

Do not buy the fusion coffee table !!!

fusion coffee table structure is so bad it fell apart before we got home with it !!!
In 5 min!!!!
No , it did not fall , it's just very bad quality coffee table ,
For $289 , you will expect it will stay with you for few years , even ikea last longer !
They did not weld the legs currently and the legs was totally cracked .

dispute it 20 min after I got it !
You need to be careful with that store , since it products are falling apart , and there is no return policy or exchange for that store at all !
basically , if something happen to the product while you have it you are totally screwed !
Lost over $300 in that store ,
