Jennifer Swaby has been responsive, encouraging, and proactive throughout my search. She has submitted my profile for several opportunities, kept me informed, and helped facilitate an introduction that led to an interview. I genuinely appreciate her professionalism and follow-through. I have not secured a board position through Boardsi yet, so I cannot speak to the final outcome at this stage. My experience with Jennifer has been positive, and I hope the continued effort results in the right placement.

So far the onboarding process has been very helpful. Lisa Williams has been very responsive and Kacey Card crafted a well-written narrative about my past experiences that was first rate. I look forward to the next steps!

I was introduced to Boardsi through LinkedIn. I am a relatively new healthcare retiree and am intrigued with bringing my experience to board and advising work.

I responded to the message on LinkedIn and so far am very happy I did. The Boardsi team shows very friendly interest from the start. They get to know your work history and interests quickly with an opening conversation and onboarding process. They ask for CV and bio materials and work seamlessly with you to ready them for their process of matching your experience to open positions. They also have an excellent educational hub for you to self learn principles of board work and marketing oneself.

This process is effective. And the people who help you are superb at what they do. Particular shout out to Lisa Williams for great communication and support through the website bio construction and discussions re branding, Casey Kard for really clear concise writing skills, and Tim Anderson and Valerie Ortega for the onboarding interviews. I am really grateful.

Horrible horrible experience with Boardsi, they emailed me endlessly and I decided to give it a try. They emailed me 3 times to remind me of my meeting and they end up not even showing up. Business looks like a scam after reading more into it anyways. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.

I signed up after a Boardsi sales call that pitched paid board/advisory opportunities and a person who would help me find and pursue them. I paid $395 setup + $195 per month starting August 6th.
What I actually received: no real opportunities that matched what was described, and no meaningful help from a dedicated person finding roles. After paying, activity dropped off. I have not been connected to board seats or given the support that was promised on the call.
I have requested cancellation and a refund. They continue to charge / have not refunded the money. This service did not deliver what was sold to me. I would not recommend it. Do not respond to their outbound LinkedIn sales messages.

Bait and switch. They contact you for a position, then it turns into a membership pitch for $200/month. All their positive reviews are from people who got their profiles pimped well. NOT people who found a board seat and NOT boards who found their ideal candidate. I don't need my profile pimped.
