Took 14 months , 80+ mails to the company, 100+ Whatsap messages, 40+ Whatsapp messages, 5 to the Embassy and Consulate, 4 to Chamber of commerce., 20 unanswered phone calls to the company.
I had to sign an agreement that i will not post anymore on this event and
Mark Ma today organised the partial Refund. Money is wired from the company but still on hold on Paypal.

I bought a complete system of panels for 2 clients.
I received the batch with new cracked panels. 10 kw The panels mechanical specs were fake. With 3 kgs on top they got shuttered. The production was similar to a system of 40% less. So I thought no problem they have an explicit international warranty . Like any company they will honor it. And here started the nightmare.over 60 emails unanswered . After I did contact the consulate they replied. They acknowledged the problem but they told me explicitly if they fix it they will loose their commision. Since then I wrote to Chamber of Commerce and few other regulators. The company is Selling low quality products, not providing after sales service but above all they treat the warranty like toilet paper.. they give it no value.... as such my recommendation is stay away if you do not want to loose your money.

Stay away from this company. I ordered 6 lithium batteries with panels and inverters according to their recommendations. First they shipped without battery connector cables, wasted time going back and forth before they shipped the cables.
Second, they couldn’t make the system work on 3 phase and they recommended the configuration and specifications and the system couldn’t work. They forced us to revert to single phase and the system could not work. All the Batteries drain within an hr if indicating fully charged and with no load. Worst is the Bluesun disappeared and no support and abandoned us with non working system. We just wasted $56k.
Worst company to deal with, their warranty is a fraud and no customer support.

I write this review to make people alert of buying by Bluesun as individuals. When do you know when you are doing business with a good company? The companies can have good quality but even these companies can have a broken or damaged item and if you have this do they replace it. Bluesun no way!! I had a broken item, a battery that was cracked. I send straight away a picture to my contact person from Bluesun and then the problem started. I only would get a new battery if I made a new order. And even that I bought an extra insurance for transport they will not replace the battery even it is easy for them to send a new one to Rotterdam where they have a storage. That was the first problem… I am a technician and I know how to install a solar panel installation. The hybrid inverter was not working correctly, so here I also made contact with Bluesun again, and we walked through the total programming and installation and still it didn’t work correctly. After woods, I found out that the settings they gave me were also wrong. Then they said I was not capable to install, and I asked them if I prove to you that the inverter is broken will you sent me a new one and this is the last I heard from Bluesun. They don't answer anymore, so warranty no way!! I have saved all the chats I had with the contact person and the technician. They always stay “polite and helpful” only because they know you will always lose because China is far away.  This is the proof that the quality can be good, but the company is worthless because when there is truly a problem they don’t do anything if it cost them a dime they won’t help you On their Facebook site they delete the bad comments and that proves also that they are not fair and correct. If they beg the customers to write a good comment for them, that says enough.

Bluesun is a very professional Chinese PV supplier, the quality of the products they gave me is very good, although they are not a Tier 1 brand. I think maybe because they have a wide range of products and focus on supplying complete systems, not just photovoltaic panels. And they provide very good after-sales service, Max(bluesun sales) will answer any questions in time, and they have professional technical guidance. I fully understand the reasons why they receive some bad reviews. Some of reviews may comes from Bluesun competitors. And some are individuals who don’t know anything, they don’t want to spend money to find a professional team to install the system, they say that the quality of the product is not good after they making a mistake by themselves, we often encounter this situation.

I bought 24 MCS certified solar panels from Bluesun last year, which took about 1 month to arrive. I had various fees to pay for import and delivery, but the total cost was less than buying equivalent panels in the UK. I bought a suitable inverter in the UK because the inverters offered by Bluesun did not meet G98 requriments.
Once the panels and inverter were installed and running I contacted Bluesun again to buy another inverter and batteries. They offered an Afore inverter that was on the ENA type test register. They did some work to make their batteries compatible. When everything arrived I installed it and paid an electrician to connect the inverter to the mains. The system has been working well for a few months and the battery inverter has all the features I need.
I wouldn't have bothered to leave a review, but after being contacted by Bluesun and a potential customer I was made aware of the negative reviews on here, so thought I should bring some balance. Bluesun are a perfectly good supplier, but you need to understand the regulations and what you are buying, or work with a qualified installer.

What a shame, we had such high hopes.
Connecting their batteries to the inverter was the first problem. Missing network crystal. Never provided. From there on it went from bad to worse. The simple problem throughout is that they state that they manufactured the inverter and batteries. Wrong! The inverter is a rebadged Megaravo unit (they have been very helpful). As to the batteries that don't charge correctly I wish they would be honest with regard to the manufacturer as they have no idea how to solve the problem. The warranty is totally useless. Two PV panels are faulty, they are available in Rotterdam but they are not interested in replacing them.

We bought total Bluesun PV solar system from China to Hamburg seaport in Germany. By paying the transport and total system we did not receive any packaging list neither further info of shipping details. At the end we got an extra bill of forwarder they work with called Miles Binz shipping in Germany and they charged us additional 1700€ for LCL cost. This was never agreed by us before.
For shipping we paid 1000 US$ already.
Now Bluesun is neither sending way bill, neither covering the costs for the extra shipping cost.
I cannot recommend so far.
As soon as the goods will arrive, I will tell about the parts, if of good quality or if there will be further claims.

Impossible to communicate with .. parts missing on the deliveiry so the system dosent work.
This company simply white labels what ever they can find and hence the documentation is woefully inadequate and the sales/support staff know nothing about the equipment.
You ask a question like what are these crystals that control the batteries and where are they? and you get a picture of solar panels.
Stay away from this company as they don't seem to have improved at all and customer service is zero.

Having purchased a complete solar system and getting it delivered to Canada I found that the solar panels and wiring was not compatible with Manitoba Canada electrical code. Bluesun did not offer any settlement other than to send a change of manufacturing stickers which is highly illegal.
I thought of sending the shipment back but was advised against this because after being paid they do not have to accept the goods.
I purchased proper panels in Canada and hooked up their inverters one of which didnt work. Upon notifying Bluesun said they would replace it but I would have to pay shipping. The cost in USD being more than Canadian product.
