We ordered our leaflets and posters to be printed and distributed in London recently from Blue Market Media. They profiled the data for us and enabled us to select the most suitable areas to target based on our demographic profiles – the data sets were very comprehensive and worked really well. The print was perfect and delivered ahead of the advised delivery date which was fab! They were also a really reasonable cost and got back to me in detail with questions we had surrounding the campaign.

Wow, just wow! The service is amazing from the whole team at BMM, we have been running print / offline campaigns across inserts, door drops and direct mail for over 20 years and changing agency early last year was the best thing we’ve ever done. Our account manager, Oliver is amazing and extremely knowledgeable, we run seasonal campaigns often with complex spec options (sometimes up to 8 pieces per mailer!) and occasional international direct mail campaigns, and these have been flawless. We lean heavily on the team to advise on best practices, data optimisation, data purchasing and keeping up to date with industry changes alongside longer-term strategy to ensure we are optimising each channel and print formats to maximise responses. They have a great client base, and I can see why! We look forward to working with you for many more years, can highly recommend.

Completely wasted our time and money - not recommended.

We engaged Blue Market Media to design and send 30,000 mailers for us. We missed our deadline by over a month thanks to their poor design ideas and general lack of urgency to resolve the issues we put before them.

We also decided to rely on them to compile the data for the mailing list based on their "experience and expertise". But the data was full of invalid addresses and closed businesses. Despite pointing this out to them and citing several examples, our concerns were not addressed and our opinion didn't seem to matter. We ended up having over 5000 letters returned (out of 30k) to our offices. Each and every time this happens it's a reminder of their shoddy service.

If you deal with these guys expect poor design, poor data and poor deliverability. We were so far away from turning a profit it was laughable. 1 star is being generous.
