This is our third occasion of using Frankk and we will continue to use them every month moving forward! The system is so easy to use and really delivers with their service.

I had a small issue today with an upload of contacts (issue was our internal error) but I contacted the team and it was resolved in less than 5 minutes by Charlotte. No delay in email response or having to deal with an AI bot. Absolutely incredible service - will recommend far and wide!

Really useful service: perfect for our purposes in that it's all done through an intuitive online portal, the costs are upfront, it's easy to use from both the creative and mailing list side of things. I can see our charity returning to use the frankk service again and again, especially for smaller-scale mailings and simple things like postcards. Great customer support from Charlotte and Chloe as we were getting set up for the first time on this, having used Bakergoodchild for many years for our larger-scale mailings.
